The residence is located within the complex of the same name and shares with the hotel its central services. The original building, first used as the headquarters of a kaolin mine, has been restored and divided into seven apartments.
Each apartment looks out onto a large garden. Private parking is provided and guests have free access to a games park, a covered terrace with panoramic view and the swimming pool.
All apartments include cooking facilities, fridge, telephone and central heating. The rooms face south and are furnished in a rustic style. A small communal laundry room is also available for the use of guests.
The Reception Desk offers detailed information on nearby places of historical, artistic and environmental interest.
The restaurant has a large terrace and offers typical local dishes, including wild game, local mushrooms and Etruscan and Roman foods.
